The dance show “From This World and the Other”, created by Olga Roriz for the National Ballet Company, premieres this Thursday, the 23rd.
The show is a tribute to José Saramago, explains the choreographer. “The writer takes us to the depths of people, places, and past or future eras, where the details of his writing make us feel and enter the lands within. His work is a vision of the world and this piece that we have now created can only be a feeling about that vision,” says Olga Roriz.
